ALLAH(SWT) calls himself "HE" in the quran which is revealed to all humanity. quran is ALLAH(SWT)'s kalam when it revealed to human it is based on language because human communication based on language. pronoun "SHE" for feminine gender "HE" for masculine gender. then why ALLA(SWT) him self says "HE"? it is limitation of language. basically Amidst our happiness, we forget Allah (SWT).
